If you are buying multiple tickets, please add the name of each attendee to their ticket.
If you require a refund for your conference ticket, the ASOI will provide a full refund (excluding 2% card processing fee) up to 10 days before the event. The ASOI will provide a 50% refund to your ticket (excluding 2% card processing fee) up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellation within 48 hours of the event will unfortunately result in forfeit of the entire fee. The ASOI is, however, happy to transfer tickets to another name at any point.
